How do customers pay for the rental?

It is completely cashless. Customers scan the QR code and pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card

What is the cost to get a unit fitted?

Absolutley free we cover hardware and installation costs and operate on a revenue-share model

What happens if a customer loses / damaged a power bank?

We assume full liability. Our units are equipped with anti-theft locking mechanisms. The venue is never held responsible for lost hardware, we also place a £25 deposit on the customers card that will be releases once the charger has been returned.

How much electricity does the unit use?

The energy consumption is negligible—comparable to a standard domestic lightbulb. The cost is pennies per day

What happens if the machine breaks?

Our systems are monitored remotely 24/7. We aim for a 24-hour response time for any repairs or swaps, at no cost to you.
